International Cancer Control Leadership Forum in Central Asia

The Center for Global Health is partnering with the National Cancer Center of Uzbekistan, the Association of Directors Cancer Centers and Radiation Institutes of Commonwealth of Independent States Countries and Eurasia (ADIOR), and the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) to host the International Cancer Control Leadership Forum in Central Asia on October 14-16, 2015. The 3-day forum will convene teams comprised of government, civil society, private sector, and academic representatives from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan, in an effort to increase the capacity of participating countries to initiate or enhance cancer control planning and implementation through a multi-sectoral approach.
